While we try our best to ship accurately, if you find we have made an error, or if you have received any damaged items, please notify us at within 3 days of receiving your order. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange only. All returns require a return authorization number. Please contact to request a return authorization number before shipping merchandise back to Totally Diva™. We recommend you return items using a shipping method with tracking.

MERCHANDISE CHECKOUT: (two options)
Using YourPayPal Account: When visitors/customers transfer from our site to our PayPal website, they are presented with a screen showing some of the details of their purchase. They are also given some fields in which to enter their PayPal username and password if they wish to pay using their PayPal funds.

Using Your Credit Card: Underneath the PayPal username/password fields is a text link to click: "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here" ... which takes the visitor/customer to a screen where they can fill in their details and use a Credit Card to pay. (One can still log in to their PayPal account from that screen too.)  You are not required to create a PayPal account.
